MONDO TV: Dichiarazione del Presidente e Amministratore Delegato circa le vendite operate per ragioni personali e una tantum

16 settembre 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informa che Matteo Corradi, Presidente e Amministratore Delegato della società, ha rilasciato la segunte dichiarazione in relazione alle vendite comunicate nella serata di oggi:

"La vendita di azioni da me operata e oggetto della comunicazione Internal dealing pubblicata oggi sono state determinate da serie necessità personali non ulteriormente procrastinabili oltre la fine del c.d. black-out period relativo alla approvazione dei dati semestrali della Società.

Voglio precisare che la vendita è da considerarsi una tantum e non implica alcun disimpegno come azionista della società di cui rimango secondo azionista per rilevanza con una percentuale superiore al 5%.

Preciso che dalla morte di mio padre nel 2018 ho sempre operato solo acquisti, che mi hanno portato ad incrementare di circa un milione il numero di azioni da me possedute. Di tali azioni acquistate ne ho vendute in questi giorni circa 600.000 e senza realizzare margini rispetto al prezzo medio di acquisto.

Credo nel business della Mondo TV S.p.A. e confermo il mio commitment in qualità di azionista della società fondata e storicamente appartenuta a mio padre".

MONDO TV: Statement by Matteo Corradi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on sales made for personal and one-off reasons

16 September 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that Matteo Corradi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, has issued the following statement in relation to the sales communicated today:

"My sale of shares reported in the Internal dealing communication published today were determined by serious personal needs that cannot be further postponed beyond the end of the so-called black-out period relating to the approval of half-year results of the Company.

I want to clarify that the sale is to be considered one-off and does not imply any disengagement as a shareholder of the company: notwithstanding the sale, I remain the second largest shareholder of Mondo TV S.p.A. with a percentage greater than 5%.

I want to highlight that since my father's death in 2018, I have operated only acquisitions of shares, which have led me to increase the number of my shares by about one million. Of these acquired shares, I have sold around 600,000 in these days, and without realizing margins compared to the average purchase price.

I believe in the business of Mondo TV S.p.A. and I confirm my commitment as a shareholder of the company founded and historically owned by my father ".
