MONDO TV: emessi 12 bond convertibili per un controvalore di Euro 1.500.000 relativi alla seconda tranche dell'accordo di investimento con CLG Capital LLC approvato dall'assemblea lo scorso 11 dicembre 2023

25 marzo 2024 – Si comunica che in data odierna sono stati emessi 12 Bond della seconda tranche di cui all'accordo di investimento tra la Mondo TV S.p.A. e CLG Capital LLC approvato dall'assemblea della Mondo TV lo scorso 11 dicembre 2023.

Si rammenta che la seconda tranche ha ad oggetto 12 Bond di valore nominale unitario di euro 125.000, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 1.500.000; pertanto non residuano ulteriori Bond da emettere in relazione alla seconda tranche.

Con l'emissione della seconda tranche residuano ulteriori massime 4 tranches da emettere, su richiesta di Mondo TV, per un totale di massimi 36 ulteriori Bond.

Il fabbisogno finanziario netto complessivo dell'emittente, considerati i debiti di qualsiasi natura per i 12 mesi successivi alla data dell'emissione è stimato in circa euro 3 milioni.

MONDO TV: 12 convertible bonds have been issued with a principal amount of Euro 1,500,000 related to the second tranche of the investment agreement with CLG Capital LLC approved by the shareholders' meeting on last 11 December 2023

25 March 2024 – Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today have been issued 12 Bonds of the second tranche of the investment agreement between Mondo TV S.p.A. and CLG Capital LLC approved by the Mondo TV shareholders' meeting on 11 December 2023.

Please note that the second tranche concerns 12 bonds with a nominal unit value of 125,000 euros, for a total value of 1,500,000 euros; therefore there are no further Bonds to be issued in relation to the second tranche.

With the issue of the second tranche, a maximum of 4 further tranches remain to be issued, upon request by Mondo TV, for a total of a maximum of 36 further Bonds.

The overall net financial requirement of the issuer, considering debts of any nature for the 12 months following the date of the issue, is estimated at approximately 3 million euros.
