MONDO TV: emessi 25 bond convertibili per un controvalore di Euro 6.250.000 relativi all'accordo di investimento con Atlas approvato dall'assemblea lo scorso 13 ottobre 2020
27 ottobre 2020 – Si comunica che in data odierna, a seguito della richiesta inviata dalla Mondo TV in data 13 ottobre 2020 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data) sono stati emessi 25 Bond dell'unica tranche di cui all'accordo di investimento tra la Mondo TV S.p.A. e Atlas Special Opportunities e Atlas Capital Markets approvato dall'assemblea della Mondo TV lo scorso 13 ottobre 2020 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).
Si rammenta che l'unica tranche ha ad oggetto 42 Bond, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 10.500.000. Atlas si è avvalsa della possibilità di posporre parzialmente il pagamento fino al 31 gennaio 2021 e pertanto in data odierna sono stati emessi 25 Bond per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 6.250.000.
Come da accordi contrattuali, in occasione dell'emissione dell'unica tranche dei bond, sono stati emessi 1.500.000 warrant che danno ciascuno diritto a sottoscrivere, entro cinque anni dalla data di emissione, una azione ordinaria Mondo TV al prezzo di Euro 3,00 per azione, per un valore complessivo di Euro 4.500.000.

MONDO TV: 25 convertible bonds have been issued with a principal amount of Euro 6,250,000 under the investment agreement with Atlas approved by the shareholders' meeting on last 13 October 2020
27 October 2020 – Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today, following the notice sent by Mondo on last 13 October 2020 (see press release on such date), 25 Bonds have been issued of the sole tranche provided by the agreement entered into with Atlas Alpha Special Opportunities and Atlas Capital Markets and approved by Mondo TV's shareholders' meeting on 13 October 2020 (see press release on such date).
It is recalled that the sole tranche relates to 42 convertible bonds for a principal amount of Euro 10,500,000. Atlas availed of the possibility to partially defer the payment up to 31 January 2021, and thus today 25 convertible bonds have been issued for a principal amount of Euros 6,250,000.
At the same time of issuance of the sole tranche of the bonds, 1,500,000 warrants were issued, each of which give the right to subscribe in the period of five years from the issuance of one Mondo TV share at a price of Euros 3.00 per share, thus for a total amount of Euros 4.500,000.
