MONDO TV: Integrae SIM sarà il nuovo Operatore Specialista di Mondo TV S.p.A.

L'incarico diverrà effettivo a far data dal 16 febbraio 2022

17 novembre 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica di aver sottoscritto con Integrae Sim S.p.A. il contratto di operatore specialista ai sensi dell'articolo 2.2.3, comma 4, del Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e Gestiti da Borsa Italiana e relative istruzioni di Borsa Italiana.

L'incarico diverrà efficace entro tre mesi e quindi a far data dal 16 febbraio 2022. In pari data è stato deciso consensualmente con Banca Finnat che si interromperà il contratto di specialist con la medesima, anticipando di pochi mesi la sua naturale scadenza.

Dopo l'eccellente collaborazione con Banca Finnat, Integrae SIM - primario operatore nel campo dell'analisi di imprese - è stata selezionata al fine di offrire nuovo supporto professionale al Gruppo Mondo TV.

MONDO TV: Integrae SIM will be the new Specialist for Mondo TV S.p.A.

The engagement will be effective as of February 16, 2022

November 17, 2021 - Mondo TV S.p.A. announces that it has signed with Integrae Sim S.p.A. the Specialist engagement contract, pursuant to Article 2.2.3, paragraph 4, of the Regulations for Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana and related instructions from Borsa Italiana.

The engagement will be effective within three months and therefore with effect from 16 February 2022. Thus, it was agreed by consensus with Banca Finnat that the specialist contract with the same will be terminated on the same date, bringing its natural expiration forward by a few months.

After the excellent collaboration with Banca Finnat, Integrae SIM - a leading operator in the field of business analysis - was selected to offer new professional support to the Mondo TV Group.
