GRUPPO MONDO TV: lista dei candidati alla carica di membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione – conferma di deposito di una unica lista

11 aprile 2018 - Facendo seguito ai comunicati in data 6 aprile 2018, con riferimento alla presentazione delle liste dei candidati alla carica di membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione, si evidenzia che la lista presentata dal socio di maggioranza Orlando Corradi è l'unica lista presentata.

Come già comunicato la lista completa è disponibile presso la sede della Società, sul sito internet della medesima oltre che sul sistema di stoccaggio autorizzato e sul sito di Borsa Italiana.

MONDO TV GROUP: list of candidates to the office of statutory auditors – confirmation of deposit of a sole list

11 April 2018 – following to the press releases dated 6 April 2017, with reference to the deposit of the list of candidates to the office of members of the board of directors, it is highlighted that the list filed by the majority shareholder Orlando Corradi is the only filed list.

As already communicated the above list was made available at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website, as well as on the storage authorised system and the Borsa Italiana website.
