MONDO TV: Comunicazione

7 novembre 2018 – Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che in data odierna è venuto a mancare Orlando Corradi, fondatore e socio di maggioranza relativa di Mondo TV S.p.A..

Per quanto a conoscenza della Società, le azioni passeranno alla moglie e ai tre figli Matteo, Monica e Riccardo Corradi nella loro qualità di eredi legittimi. Pertanto il controllo della Mondo TV rimarrà nelle mani della famiglia Corradi.

Si rammenta che Orlando Corradi non rivestiva cariche esecutive nella società e che nell'attuale consiglio siedono già Matteo Corradi, in qualità di presidente del consiglio e di amministratore delegato, e Monica Corradi. Si rammenta che l'attuale consiglio è stato nominato dall'assemblea del 30 aprile 2018 e rimane in carica per tre anni. Si ritiene pertanto che la morte del socio fondatore non avrà ripercussioni sull'andamento gestionale attuale della Società.

Tutto il Consiglio di Amministrazione e il management del Gruppo Mondo TV esprimono la propria vicinanza alla famiglia Corradi e il proprio ringraziamento a Orlando Corradi per l'immenso lavoro svolto che ha portato la Mondo TV da azienda familiare a leader nel settore dell'animazione e tra i più importanti operatori europei indipendenti del settore della produzione audiovisiva.

7 November 2018 – Mondo TV S.p.A. announces that today Mr. Orlando Corradi, founder and majority shareholder of Mondo TV S.p.A., has passed.

As far as the Company is aware, the shares will pass to the wife and the three descendants Matteo, Monica and Riccardo Corradi in their capacity as legitimate heirs. Therefore the control of Mondo TV will remain in the hands of the Corradi family.

It is recalled that Orlando Corradi was not covering executive positions in the company and that in the current board Matteo Corradi already sits as chairman of the board and managing director, together with Monica Corradi. It is recalled that the current board was appointed by the shareholders' meeting of 30 April 2018 and remains in office for three years. It is therefore considered that the death of the founder member will have no impact on the Company's current operating performance.

The entire Board of Directors and the management of Mondo TV Group express their closeness to the Corradi family and its thanks to Orlando Corradi for the immense work carried out that has brought Mondo TV from a family enterprise to a leader company in the animation sector and among the most important independent European operators in the audiovisual production sector.
