EXPLANATORY NOTE

On April 3, 2025, monday.com Ltd. (the “ Company ”) announced the appointment of Mr. Casey George as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer, effective as of May 15, 2025. The announcement was issued in a press release titled “monday.com Expands Global Leadership Team with Appointment of CRO”. A copy of this press release is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
