Notification of Release of Restricted Shares in Escrow
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Monash IVF Group Limited (“Company”) advises that 253,786 fully paid ordinary shares currently held under voluntary escrow will be released on 17 February 2021.
The release of escrow shares does not change the issued capital of the Company and 15,512,996 fully paid ordinary shares remain held under voluntary escrow.
