NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SHARES FROM ESCROW

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Monash IVF Group Limited (“Company”) advises that 130,545 fully paid ordinary shares currently held under voluntary escrow will be released on 8 January 2020.

The release of escrow shares does not change the issued capital of the Company and 16,649,644 fully paid ordinary shares remain held under voluntary escrow.
