NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SHARES FROM ESCROW
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Monash IVF Group Limited (“Company”) advises that 376,873 fully paid ordinary shares currently held under voluntary escrow will be released on 1 June 2017.
The release of escrow shares does not change the issued capital of the Company and 19,232,956 fully paid ordinary shares remain held under voluntary escrow.
