NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SHARES FROM SHORT TERM ESCROW
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Monash IVF Group Limited (“Company”) advises that 1,575,861 fully paid ordinary shares currently held under voluntary short term escrow will be released on 22 August 2017.
The release of escrow shares does not change the issued capital of the Company and 17,657,095 fully paid ordinary shares remain held under voluntary escrow.
