NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SHARES FROM ESCROW
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Monash IVF Group Limited (“Company”) advises that 3,415,744 fully paid ordinary shares currently held under voluntary escrow will be released on 29 August 2016.
The release of escrow shares does not change the issued capital of the Company and 20,530,585 fully paid ordinary shares remain held under voluntary escrow.
