Half-year Profit after Tax expected to exceed consensus estimates
Engineering company Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX: MND) (“Monadelphous” or “the Company”) today announced that the Company’s Profit after Tax for the six months ended 31 December 2024 is expected to exceed consensus estimates.
Monadelphous is currently in the process of preparing its Financial Report for the half-year ended 31 December 2024. Draft results indicate that Profit after Tax has been favourably impacted by a $7 million variance (after-tax) in non-operating items when compared to the prior corresponding period, with operating margins also improving consistent with the commentary provided in November 2024 at the Company’s AGM.
Profit after Tax for the period ended 31 December 2024 is currently expected to be in the range of $40 million to $43 million.
The financial results for the period remain subject to finalisation of the half-year reporting process, as well as review by the company’s auditors.
