RE: DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Monadelphous Group Limited announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday 23 November 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. Monadelphous gives notice that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday 5 October 2021.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday 5 October 2021.
