On 07 April 2020 Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc issued 60,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from Treasury at a price of 126.40 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 49,601,088 Ordinary shares and there are 1,393,000 shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc is 48,208,088.
