Issue of Equity

On 20 May 2019 Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc issued 65,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from Treasury at a price of 180.40 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 49,236,361 Ordinary shares and there are 1,091,273 shares held in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc is 48,145,088.
