Announcement of Interim Dividend
The Directors of the Company announce an interim dividend for the period from 1 May 2023 to 18 July 2023 of 2.5p per share. This compares to the interim dividend of 1.8p per share paid by the Company in September 2022 in respect of the first quarter of its financial year to April 2023.
This dividend will be paid in substitution for the interim dividend normally paid in September, as a consequence of the plans announced on 25 May 2023 for the proposed scheme of reconstruction of the Company under Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
The dividend will be paid on 18 August 2023 to shareholders on the register on 28 July 2023 and has an ex-dividend date of 27 July 2023.
