Appointment of new Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Gilding as a non-executive Director of the Company. Anne's appointment will commence from 15 June 2020, coinciding with the expected date of publication of the Company's annual results for the year ended 30 April 2020.

Over the last twenty-five years Anne has led the development of global communications, branding and marketing solutions for a broad range of companies including Impax Asset Management Group plc, BMO (formerly F&C), GAM, Vernalis Group plc and UBS. She is currently a senior advisor to Peregrine Communications and a non-executive director of Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust plc.

There are no other details or disclosures required under LR 9.6.13R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules.
