("Draper Esprit" or the "Company")
Grant of Options and dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth digital technology businesses, announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 534,300 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company pursuant to the Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP"), as set out below. The Options have an exercise price of 492p, a performance condition of an 8% per annum share price hurdle and a vesting period of 3 years.
After the grant of these Options, the PDMRs set out below have the following Ordinary Shares and Options:
