Director/PDMR Shareholding

Draper Esprit (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth digital technology businesses across Europe, announces that on 13 June 2018, Simon Cook (Chief Executive Officer) and Stuart Chapman (Chief Operating Officer) sold 500,000 ordinary shares each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £4.76 per Share.

The Company advises that, following the sale of Shares, Mr Cook remains interested in 1,619,306 shares, representing 1.6% of the Company's issued share capital and Mr Chapman remains interested in 1,619,306 shares, representing 1.6% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification set out in the Annex below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such sale.
