Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), as amended, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12[th] April, 2023, to consider, inter-alia, a proposal for declaration of Interim Equity Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2022-23.

In the event of the Interim Equity dividend is being declared by the Board of Directors at the said meeting, the record date for the same pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations shall be Friday, 21[st] April, 2023.

Further, please note that as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons (The “Code”), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders including Directors/Promoters/KMPs/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives is closed already.
