Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting to consider a proposal to issue shares/warrants on rights basis
We wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 21st September, 2020 at the registered office of the company at Plot No.700, Ground Floor, Road No.36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad - 500033, Telangana, India to consider and take on · record the following matter:
To consider a proposal t? issue equity shares/warrants to existing shareholders on Rights basis as may be permitted by under applicable law, subject to regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required.
In this regard, as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders will remain closed from 17th September, 2020 to 23rd September, 2020 (both inclusive).
