- 1) To consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the 4[th ] quarter and financial year ended on 31[st] March, 2024 and Audited Financial Statements of the Company prepared under IND AS for the Financial Year ended on 31[st] March, 2024;
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons (The “Code”) and in continuation to our letter dated 29[th ] March, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and will re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
