Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), as amended, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 3[rd] May, 2023, inter-alia , to consider and approve the following matters:

1) To consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the 4[th ] quarter and financial year ended on 31[st] March, 2023 and Audited Financial Statements of the Company prepared under IND AS for the financial year ended on 31[st] March, 2023;

2) To recommend final dividend, if any , on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23.
Further, please note pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ( as amended from time to time ) and in continuation to our letter dated 31[st] March, 2023, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and will re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
