l. To consider, approve and take on record Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 3 pt December, 2020.
ln this regard, as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders including Directors/Promoters/KMPs/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives is already closed from I" January, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020.
