MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

On 23 February 2023, MOL distributed 68,385 pieces "A" Series MOL Ordinary Shares to Dr. Berislav Gaso, the former Executive Vice President of the MOL Group's Exploration and Production division, in connection with the termination of his employment.

Following this transaction MOL directly and indirectly owns 20,297,559 "A" series and 578 "C" series MOL ordinary shares.
