MOL transferred Treasury shares to MOL Plc. ESOP Organization

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

Today MOL transferred 30,637 pieces of MOL "A" series ordinary shares to MOL Employee Share Ownership Program Organization ("MOL ESOP Organization").

Following this transaction MOL owns 29,813,466 "A" Series and 578 "C" Series MOL ordinary shares.
