Amendment of strike prices under share option agreements

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

Based on the share option agreement related to 30,742,366 Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 20 June 2023 with UniCredit Bank AG, the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 7.1746 per share.

Based on the share option agreement related to 30,927,069 Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 20 June 2023 with ING Bank N.V., the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 7.5819 per share.

The amendment does not trigger any movement in treasury shares, MOL owns 29,749,290 Series "A" and 578 Series "C" MOL Ordinary shares.
