Amendment of strike prices under share option agreements

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

Based on the share option agreement related to 27,574,340 Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 14 June 2021 with UniCredit Bank AG, the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 6.72764 per share.

Based on the share option agreement related to 9,844,626 Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 14 June 2021 with Commerzbank A.G., the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 6.7389 per share.

Based on the share option agreement related to 36,719,933 Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 14 June 2021 with ING Bank N.V., the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 6.6043 per share.

MOL directly and indirectly owns 20,921,156 Series "A" and 578 Series "C" MOL Ordinary shares.
