Publication of Green Finance Framework

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

MOL has prepared its Green Finance Framework, which is available at the following website: https://molgroup.info/en/investor-relations/financing

The framework received the best possible "Excellent" rating from Sustainable Fitch as Second Party Opinion provider, and the framework also aligns with the ICMA Green Bond Principles. Furthermore Sustainable Fitch concluded that the eligibility criteria are aligned with the EU Taxonomy Regulation.

The eligible green projects defined within the framework are aligned with MOL Group's 'Shape Tomorrow' strategy, thereby reinforcing the Group's commitment to its long-term strategic objectives.
