MOL will take over waste management activities on 1 July

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

In line with the company's announcement on 15 July 2022, MOL and MOHU, the concession company founded by MOL, will take over the municipal waste management services for solid waste in Hungary on 1 July 2023, and for 35 years MOL will be responsible for providing domestic waste management services including the handling and treatment of close to 5 mn tonnes of waste as well as undertaking related investments.
