Registration of bonds to Xbond

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

The registration of HUF 36.6 billion 10-year maturity fixed-rate bonds issued on 22 September 2020 by MOL (coupon 1.1%, ISIN: HU0000359963) to Xbond multilateral trading facility operated by Budapest Stock Exchange ("BSE") has been approved today by the BSE.

The bonds, which were issued in line with the "Bond Funding for Growth Scheme" announced by the National Bank of Hungary, will be available for trading from 8 October 2020.
