Proposals of the Board of Directors to the 2023 Annual General Meeting

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the capital market of the following:

The Board of Directors ("BoD") made the following decisions regarding the 2023 Annual General Meeting on its meeting held on 23 March 2023:

• The BoD proposes re-electing Mr. Zsolt Hernádi as a member of the BoD, for a five-year period, as his mandate will expire on 30 April 2023.
• The BoD proposes re-electing Prof. Dr. András Lánczi as a member of the Supervisory Board, for a five-year period, as his mandate will expire on 11 April 2023.
• The BoD proposes re-electing Mr. Zoltán Áldott as a member of the Supervisory Board, for a five-year period, as his mandate will expire on 11 April 2023.
• The BoD proposes electing Mr. Péter Bíró as a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee for a five-year period.
