Extraordinary announcement on a supervisory fine

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the capital market participants that the National Bank of Hungary in the exercise of its continuous supervision over MOL made the following Resolution No. H-JÉ-III-B-66/2022. on 2 December 2022, which was received by MOL on 5 December 2022:

• I. The National Bank of Hungary to comply with its obligation regarding extraordinary information disclosure in accordance with the relevant legislation at all times in the future.
• II. Due to the violation of the legal provisions on the public disclosure of inside information, the National Bank of Hungary obliges the Issuer to pay a supervisory fine of HUF 5 000 000, ie five million Hungarian forints.
• III. In view of the violation of the obligation regarding disclosure of extraordinary information the MNB publishes a public notice on the its website.
