Closing of the transaction to acquire majority control of Alteo Plc

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies market participants on the following:

The transactions for the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Alteo Plc, as set out in points 2 and 3 of MOL's announcement published on 17 December 2022, have been closed today.

As a result of the transaction MOL RES Investments Ltd. a company that is solely owned and controlled by MOL owns 4,902,536 pieces, the Főnix Private Equity Fund owns 4,902,535 pieces and the Riverland Private Equity Fund owns 4,902,535 pieces of Alteo sharestherefore, their combined influence in Alteo Plc – with regard to Alteo's Treasury shares as well – increased to 73.807%.
