Notifications on change in voting rights

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market participants of the following:

The Hungarian National Asset Management Inc. (HNAM Inc.) and the Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation made the following notifications to MOL:

• Notification of the HNAM Inc. (link)
• Notification of the Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation (link)

Based on these notifications, for the implementation of Section 7 (1) of Act XXVI of 2020 on the support of the talent management program of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium and the educational activities of the Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation, 81,942,946 pieces of MOL ordinary shares, which were transferred to the Foundation's trust management on 5 June 2019, became the property of Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation on 18 August 2020.

As a result of the above transaction, the number of voting rights of the Hungarian State in MOL Plc decreased from 124,920,950 votes to 42,978,004 votes and the proportion of voting rights decreased from 15.24% to 5.24%. At the same time the number of voting rights of the Maecenas Universitatis Corvini Foundation in MOL Plc increased from 0 vote to 81,942,946 votes and the proportion of voting rights increased from 0% to 10%.
