MOL establishes a Euro Medium Term Note Programme

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

MOL and its subsidiary MOL Group Finance Zrt. ("MGF") have established a EUR 2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note ("EMTN") Programme. Based on the EMTN Programme MOL and MGF will be able to issue Eurobonds up to an aggregated principal amount of EUR 2 billion. Net proceeds from potential future issuances can be applied for general corporate purposes.

The Central Bank of Ireland has approved the Base Prospectus (dated 29 September 2023) relating to the EMTN Programme which will be available on the website of MOL: www.molgroup.info and of the Euronext Dublin: www.euronext.com.
