Credit rating update without change

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

S&P Global Ratings Europe Limited (S&P) has completed the credit rating review of MOL and its bonds rated by S&P including those issued in line with the "Bond Funding for Growth Scheme" in 2020 and 2021 (ISIN: HU0000359963, HU0000360383).

S&P has not changed MOL's and the reviewed bonds' credit rating, they remain "BBB-" rated.
