MOL completes HUF 36.6 bn bond issuance

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies the market of the following:

On 18 September 2020 MOL successfully completed a bond auction for qualified investors in line with the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme announced by the National Bank of Hungary. The bonds are issued with below terms:

• amount: HUF 36.6 bn
• maturity: 10 years
• Yield: 1.697% (coupon: 1.1%)
• spread over mid-swap: 6 bps
• paying agent: Raiffeisen Bank Zrt.

MOL intends to have the bonds listed on XBond, a multilateral trading facility operated by Budapest Stock Exchange.
