Berislav Gaso continues his career outside MOL Group

MOL Plc. ("MOL") hereby notifies market participants of the following:

Berislav Gaso steps down as the EVP for Exploration & Production of as of 28th February 2023.

Dr. Gaso held the Executive Vice President for Exploration & Production (E&P) position since 2016. Prior to that, he held various management functions in MOL Group, encompassing E&P as well as in finance and at INA.
