Sub: - Information relating to fixation of price of different grades of Manganese Ore for the month of March, 2026 in Jan-Mar’2026 quarter w.e.f. 01.03.2026 – Revised.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to our letter No. CS/NSE-BSE/2025-26/ dated 01.03.2026 regarding the information on fixation of price of different grades of Manganese Ore.

In this regard, we are submitting the revised information, in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the month of March, 2026 regarding, prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from 01.03.2026 as under:

1. The prices of all Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content of Mn- 44% and above have been increased by 2% for the month of March, 2026 on the prices prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026.

2. The prices of all other Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content below Mn-44% have been increased by 2% for the month of March, 2026 on the prices prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026.

3. The prices of SMGR (Mn-30%) of manganese ore have been increased by 2% for the month of March, 2026 on the prices prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026.

4. The prices of SMGR (Mn 25%) grades and Fines have been continued for the month of March, 2026 prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026.

5. The prices of all Chemical grades have been increased by 2% for the month of March, 2026 on the prices prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026.

6. The prices of SMGR (Mn 20%) grades except BGL509 have been continued for the month of March 2026 prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026. In case of BGL509, price have been increased by 10% for the month of March, 2026 on the prices prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026.

7. The prices of Metal Mandi Fines namely (DBF575 and MSF592 except UKF532) have been continued for the month of March 2026 prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026. In case of UKF532, price have been increased by 10% for the month of March, 2026 on the prices prevailing since 01.02.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/01.03.2026.

8. The basic price of EMD has been decreased by Rs. 10,000/- PMT from Rs.1,90,000/- PMT to Rs.1,80,000/- w.e.f. midnight of 28.02.2026/ 01.03.2026.
