In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that in line with the business practice of fixing/revising prices of Manganese Ore and other products, the Company has fixed/revised prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from 01.09.2023 as under.

The prices of all the Ferro grades of manganese ore, SMGR (Mn-30% & Mn-25%), Fines and Chemical grades have been increased by 3.5% on the prevailing prices since 01.08.2023 w.e.f. midnight of 31.08.2023/ 01.09.2023.

The basic price of EMD has been continued as prevailing since 01.08.2023 w.e.f. midnight of 31.08.2023/ 01.09.2023.
