Sub: Information relating to fixation of price of different grades of Manganese Ore for 4[th] Quarter 2019-20 (January-March’2020) effective from 01.03.2020

Dear Sir/Madam,

In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that in line with the business practice of fixing/revising prices of Manganese Ore and other products, the Company has fixed/revised prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from 01.03.2020 as under.

• (1) The prices of all Chemical grades viz DB2320, DB3385, DB3494, DB4546 and DB4547 have been reduced by about 5% on the prices prevailing since 01.02.2020.

• (2) The price of Balaghat Fines (BGF534 – Mn 27%) has been reduced by about 10% on the price prevailing since 01.02.2020.

• (3) Prices of all other grades of Manganese ore i.e. Ferro grades, SMGR grades (Mn-30% & Mn-25%) and other grades of Fines remain unchanged.
