Dear Sir/Madam,

As per regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Shri P.V.V Patnaik, Director (Commercial) has attended the age of superannuation on 31.08.2023. Accordingly, he has been ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f 01.09.2023.

Further, Ministry of Steel, Government of India vide order no. S.No.14014/1/2022-BLA dated 25.08.2023, has assigned additional charge of the post of Director (Commercial), MOIL to Smt. Usha Singh, Director (Human Resource), MOIL for an initial period of 03 months w.e.f. 01.09.2023 to 30.11.2023, or till regular incumbent is appointed and joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
