Dear Sir/Madam,

As per regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is to inform that as per the Order No. F.No.4/1/2016-BLA dated 13[th] September 2017 of the Government of India, Ministry of Steel, Shri Rakesh Tumane was appointed as Director (Finance) of MOIL Limited for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. In this regard, it is to mention that Shri Rakesh Tumane had joined on 28-09-2017 as Director (Finance) of MOIL Limited. Accordingly, he has completed tenure of five years but has not attained superannuation. Further communication in this regard from the Ministry is awaited.
