This has reference to our Letter ref no CS/NSE-BSE/21-22 dated 18.05.2021 by which the stock exchange was informed about the appointment of Shri Sukhveer Singh, Principal Secretary, Mineral Resources Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh on Board of MOIL as a Govt. Director till 06.03.2023.

In continuation of the above letter it is to inform that the company has received office order No. F.No. 4/2/2015-BLA dated 15.06.2021 from Government of India, modifying the tenure of Shri Sukhveer Singh from 2 years to 3 years (from 06.03.2023 to 06.03.2024).
