Brief Profile of Shri Prashant Vashishtha

Shri Prashant Vashishtha has done BSC (HONS) in Physics from Aligarh Muslim University and he is an MBA in Systems from Indian Institute of Rural Management. He has vast experience of more than 21 years at different fields like Auto, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Social activities and various operational areas. He has served/is serving as director in different companies like Shri Ganesh Group, Money Matters Consulting LLP, ARTH Concepts India Pvt. Ltd. He is also Managing Secretary of PAIN an NGO.

None of the other Directors on the Board of MOIL Limited are related to Shri Prashant Vashishtha.

Profile of Shri Dinesh Kumar Gupta

Educational Qualification – C.A. from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Brief Background - Mr. Dinesh Gupta has carved his niche as Chartered Accountant (CA) to some of the most renowned real estate promoters. He brings in a vast repose of knowledge which is backed up with experience with leading groups. In the process he has been associated with some of the most well-known and respected business leaders and corporate houses.

During his consultancy professions he has consulted various groups mostly Mega Real Estate projects for setting up control system or setting up organisation structure. Financing & Investment Decisions, formed Joint Ventures, Development Agreements etc. He has headed so many Internal Committee, Having vast knowledge of Audit & Finance. With deep knowledge in the stock market, Forex, law matters and finance taxation he is able to face every challenge. He make every person in understanding the rules and guidelines.

His deriving wealth of knowledge from them benefitting from the interactions with them, which he seeks to bring into his organization. He understands every nuance of the field and brings an intellectual touch to his projects. Known for his unrelenting and non-compromising attitude he will leave no stone unturned to turn Samridhi Group into one of the most respected names in the field of real estate.

He has established the well-known real estate group “Samridhi Group

Besides that there are around 450 labors of Contractor working at the sire of Samridhi Grand Avenue and the contractors of the company has vast experience of delivering work ass per their scope of work.

The company has around 20 civil engineers working for the timely delivery of the project, out of which 3 civil engineers are having more than 20 years of work experience in the relevant field. They have delivered some of the most prestigious projects in Delhi NCR.

The company has hired “Deepak Mehta and Associates” for Architecture consultancy. They have successfully delivered many of the very grand real estate projects in Delhi NCR. Structural Consultants of the Project are “Keen Consultants”.

Company has also employed quality control agency.As of now, there also handling other big projects in Noida. Company’s project Construction is also going as per the schedule decided and as on date there is no deviation from the schedule. The company is purchasing good quality, high standard material necessary.

None of the other Directors on the Board of MOIL Limited are related to Shri Dinesh Kumar Gupta.
