लखनौ : डॉ. कफिल खान हे मंगळवारी रात्री उशिरा मथुरा तुरुंगातून सुटले. न्यायालयाच्या हस्तक्षेपामुळे झालेली ही त्यांची दुसरी सुटका आहे. उत्तर प्रदेशातील गोरखपूर येथील बीआरडी मेडिकल कॉलेज व हॉस्पिटलमध्ये ऑक्सिजनअभावी लहान मुलांच्या मृत्यूच्या घटनेनंतर २ सप्टेंबर २०१७ रोजी त्यांना पहिल्यांदा -अटक झाली होती. डॉ. कफिल खान हे या रुग्णालयाच्या बालरोग विभागाचे प्रमुख नोडल ऑफिसर होते.

डॉ. कफिल यांच्याविरुद्ध पोलिसांनी अनेक गुन्हे दाखल केले आहेत. सुरुवातीला त्यांच्या विरोधात भारतीय वैद्यकीय परिषद कायदा व माहिती तंत्रज्ञान कायदा यानुसार एफआयआर दाखल करण्यात आला होता. त्यांच्यावर रुग्णालयात गोंधळ करणे आणि बनावट कागदपत्रांच्या साह्याने बँकेत खाते उघडणे. असे आरोपही ठेवण्यात आले होते. नागरिकत्व $(\text{HETVUT})$ कायद्याविरोधातील (सीएए)

मुंबई : विमा पॉलिसीच्या अटी व शर्ती शिथिल करण्याचा अधिकार नाही. शर्तींमध्ये बदल करण्याचा अधिकार सुरत येथील मे. धर्मानंदन डायमंडस् प्रा न्यायालयांना नाही, असा महत्त्वपूर्ण लि.च्या पॉलिसीतील वॉरंटीविषयक निर्णय राष्ट्रीय ग्राहक तक्रार निवारण नियमांचे महाराष्ट्र ग्राहक तक्रार निवारण अहवाल दिला. तथापि, हे पैसेही आयोगाने (एनसीडीआरसी) दिला आहे. आयोगाने उल्लंघन केल्याचे आढळून कंपनीने संस्थेला दिले नाही. ं हा निर्णय देताना आयोगाने सरत येथील - आल्यानंतर पीठाने हा निर्णय दिला. -
