RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of MOG Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that Dato’ Ng Chin Kee (‘‘Dato’ Ng’’) has tendered his resignation as an executive Director with effect from 25 March 2022 due to his other business engagements which require more of his time.

Dato’ Ng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there is no matter that needs be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Dato’ Ng for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.
