بالإشارة إلى الموضوع أعلاه اطلقت كيو القابضة مع مجموعة ستاليون الامارات مشروعا مشتركا اطلق عليه اسم " سنتشيري ڤيلج" حيث سيقوم هذا المشروع بتطوير 5000 و حدة سكنية للمو ظفين.

ويتضمن هذا المشروع إنشاء مجمع حديث للسكن المشترك، لتوفير حلول سكنية استثنائية وشاملة للموظفين في مختلف المجالات وسوف تصل القدرة الاستيعابية لهذا المشروع الى ما يقارب 5000 موظف عند اكتماله.
